Well, have gained... I'm pretty irritated w/ myself about that! knew it's happen cause I wasn't exercising and eating right - eating out a lot, lots of being out of town. I went fot a run (only about a mile and a half, two miles) and I hurt! I am still sore:-/ I feel fat! I was so close to that below 200 mark - I want it so bad... not bad enough I guess:-/ I wish this was easier! I just want to be thin, not over eat, exercise when I WANT to and stay thin... It so overwhelming sometimes to think about how far I have left to go and that I'll have to wrok at it the rest of my life. Well, there you have my woes. I will be running/working out again, I'm waiting to stop hurting:-/
209.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel... I've been there. But there is light at the end of the tunnel! I would suggest you change your goal weight to a more reasonable goal that you can achieve sooner. My ultimate goal is to get down to 135-145 range, but when I looked at the amount I had left to lose, it left me discouraged. So I changed to mini goals! Once I reach 190, I will change my goal to 180 and so on... Chin up sista!!

I get that feeling a lot. I see a goal ahead of me and fall-off the wagon. Sure enough, I get jacked at myself. After a while, I calm done and say to myself "That's ok, I'll just get back on track." Finally, I would bust through that goal. The old jim just used to fall off and never get back on. Now, I take the "bicycle" approach, i.e. learning to ride a bike for the first time.

yes sarbobar is right! small goals first, then when you know you will be off track or are struggling realize you had come so far and did enjoy your journey to get there. try to maintain, instead of giving up for so long thinking you are already off track so much! did that make sense??? lol
