Okay, I've decided the only way to get my butt in gear and re-start my weightloss is to stop denying the number on the scale and record it.
Maybe seeing the number on my chart will shock me enough to quit playing around and get serious again.
On a good note, I have lost 1.5 lbs since Saturday. So, at least my number is lower today than it was then!
Making an effort to start counting calories again and watch what I'm eating. My surgery is scheduled for the 13th, and I'm sure recovery will go a little easier if I don't feel so bloated like I do now. Cutting out the pop, sweets, unnecessary snacks and high calorie meals. I did it once, and I can do it again. The only issue I have now is that my health issues are causing extreme fatigue and pain so exercise is difficult--daily chores and activities are difficult! But I'm just going to have to make myself do it and then rest afterwards.
Overall, I've done well today. Drinking my water and not snacking. Been hurting all day, but determined to make is a successful day anyway!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
