New keto diet seems to have kickstarted the weight loss. I can't say how much is water weight but I suspect most of it is. I hope I didn't lose lean muscle mass here.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
