ok, i know, I went poof again, but it seems like i do that and reappear as summer approaches, so here I am., lol. Well, as a quick catch-up, I've been trying different meds (prescribed, not otc) since around August of last year trying to get myself to where my plastic surgeon wants me, and I was doing pretty well and then just as I changed meds I also quit smoking But, the med helped me to not regain too much, the regain stayed in control (if weight gain is ever in control in the first place), dealt with the holidays (Christmas, New Year, and the few minor ones along the way) and have been taking part in an Intuitive Eating class since the end of March ~ it's a 10 week course that meets once per week and I have 4 more classes, AND have lost with help from the meds 3/4 of the weight I regained when I quit smoking. I had gone back up to 180 and today am at 172.2 , a new month with new glasses, a new Fitbit, and a new outlook., but still determined.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
