I'm very happy as I have reached my goal before the end of April. I still want to weigh 125 the most around next July and then, will be the maintenance program starting as I don't want to go up more than 127 lbs.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
