Blaming gain on Easter weekend of all you can eat Korean BBQ, cheesecake and snacks. Was at 194+ on Tuesday... 40 hour fast Wednesday. OMAD the rest of week. Working out everyday to oay for binge.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 31.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
