Well I worked out today, but I'm lacking a few things I ate because they aren't in the database and I'm feeling too lazy to move the two cats off my lap and get up and get them to log them. But I didn't break the 1650 that I consider my REAL high calorie days... so I'm okay.

As I said I worked out today. Did a short one, 28 minutes, but high calorie burn... I didn't want to make myself feel like crap the first day back to working out. Tomorrow I hope to pair one of the other Wii Workouts with the aerobics and go closer to 40-60 minutes.

Don't know why I'm always so hungry.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi SQ! I think you're right in not over-doing it after some time away from working out. No injuries needed, you know? I'm hungry lately, too. Even those days when I didn't think I ate much are adding up closer to the 1500 calorie mark. Guess it would help if I'd lay off wine for a while. I'm going to do some errands this morning and hopefully will be up for a workout later today. One of my new Crunch DVD's arrived yesterday - I think it's the butt, thigh, ab one. I must have a dozen DVD's by now - too bad I only like a small handful of them! Anyway, hope your day goes well. Where did you set up your workout area?
