Considering 16/8 ended 11:30-?8:30
Wfw 6 Thursday
Not guessing like before
Most size 16 pants fit.
Body shape much better
Gonna do IF was gonna be 12/12
but today was 16/8 not hard-
Looking forward to wildfit with IF.
I'll recheck wt at clinic at week 13.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
