I don't think it's great that I gained 1.5 pounds over the weekend, but I'm not terribly disappointed given that I went to Chicago, celebrated my brother's birthday, had wonderful chocolate cake, and had some delicious Chicago style pizza. Could have been a lot worse. I tried hard not to over eat or over indulge, and I took a lot of walks to get some exercise. Now I need to get back to the plan.
