I went off the rails last night and this afternoon. I'm definitely not in control of my cravings today. I think I need a good Swift kick in the arse. Have a healthy day🙋
189.9 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
