:( Gained about 2.5lbs back! Ugh, this is so frustrating! I'll hold out hope that it's just water weight, but I'm probably not that lucky... I go on vacation in 2 weeks, so I know I won't be losing any that week. I'll work hard these two weeks and then really bust my butt when I get home to keep that number going down. I will say, I feel my legs are really toning up from all the walking I've been doing, so at least there is a plus. (I still LOVE my shape-up shoes!) I should really measure my inches... I'd be nice to see some kind of progress.

Good Luck ... sounds like we are on the same time table. We also go on our vacation to the beach in 2 weeks. I'm really hoping to get under 205 by then but I almost always gain about 2-3 lbs each weekend. Oh well, no pain no gain.

Flucking Fluctuations! I like one of the members thoughts about the scale, "only the lowest number counts as long as you are being true to yourself and staying consistant" sometimes we will go over our R.D.I. but keep on practicing good habits and the number will come back down. How exciting as it is almost vacation time! TOWANDA!

Thanks Lisa. I'll stick to it, but it really sucks when the results aren't happening as quickly as I'd like! Oh well, I'll keep on Truckin'!
