As I expected & seems to happen every weekend (and this is one long, but joy filled weekend), weight is up a little. Out for dinner again tonight (my baby's last night home before going back to college), but then back to normal... until Weds night. Leaving then for the midwest for my god child's wedding & to spend time with my Mom. So, will be out of my routine for over a week then meaning for most of the rest of Nov & Dec. While this would have totally thrown me & I'd be obsessing about how to stick with my plan, I'm feeling more relaxed about it all of lately. I've been living a bit above my goal weight for awhile now & a few pounds above or below, is really ok. Just know that as long as I don't let one meal where I've overeaten turn into 2 or more, It'll be ok. And, most importantly, that I have my FS friends to help me through!
121.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
