Started the ideal protein diet today. I am a bit worried about low fiber and low calories....but I am willing to try for a while. It worked for Mom...so it is worth a shot.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
