Did better this last week. Still need to watch snacks. Concerned about Easter and then off the week after helping my mom. Need to bring food with a plan. No cheap milk chocolate. Make time for exercise.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
