Both boys home for Thanksgiving -- it doesn't get any better! Bought the last of the groceries yesterday so today the food prep begins. Morning workout to keep my sanity, then home to start the holiday!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
