Another gain. Bummer 😥
195.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope so. I am getting discouraged.

When I get discouraged, it helps me to reframe how I think about what I’m eating and how much I’m moving, away from weight loss, and more to my overall health. I think it makes the weight fluctuations a little easier to deal with. But no matter what, never give up!! 😊
