woot woot! okay I am back in the game. No more moving and no more birthday it is time to crack down and keep shaking this weight off. I am trying to find an ab routine that is fast and the least amount of stress on my back but also something I can actually do when being still so large without straining anything. Regular crunches suck with this spare tire and I am thinking more standing crunches and this like that would be better.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 157.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Reverse Crunch Lie faceup with your legs in tabletop position (knees bent 90 degrees and stacked over your hips). ... Engage your abs and slowly curl your hips off the floor, bringing your knees toward your chest. Slowly lower your hips and legs back to starting position.

Thank you guys!!! I'm gonna check all these resources out and add everything to an ab workout that works for me. I'm so excited. I found some of my old fat clothes and boy do they not fit! What a great feeling!
