I know I'm not the only one here that gets up, weighs myself (and if the scale is exactly the same as yesterday morning and I have stayed under my calorie allowance), goes back to sleep so I can get even a .1 drop on the scale. And it always works 😉
161.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! I have to get up at 4am on the mornings that I have doctor appointments and I always weigh myself at 4 and then when I get up "for realsies"...I love the drop!!

I *always* weigh less at 10:30 a.m. than I do at 8:00 a.m.! (Don't ask how I know that.) ;/)

You're sooo right on! Because I found the later I start up the ole brain thinking about food, then the less time is left in the day keep eating.

@Trainer_1_99 That's me too. I never touch a drop and do the potty thing before weighing. I wait awhile after getting up to hopefully burn a few by moving around too lol
