Kept my calories in check yesterday even though I was home all day👍 I spent most of the day in bed 😍
152.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This horrid cold is holding on for dear life but I’m feeling about 85% myself again and sleeping better too so I won’t complain
