Wow yesterday really screwed me over. My husband bought a ticket for a chinese dinner fundraiser to feed the hungry. So I had one and half pot stickers and some broccoli from the broccoli and beef (not sure what is in the sauce but I am sure not good). We came home and I ate two sausages and was trying to eat up on the fats. Not sure if it is the sodium or my period coming up and heaviness that comes with it. In the mirror I don't see bloat but the scale reflects it. I am so angry. Anyway nothing to do about it. I am fasting today. And to break my fast tonight I will just have broth.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
