I recorded a loss! Guess my binge was not the end of the world. Time to practice what I preach...consistency is the key.
262.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I were going by the scale consistently I'd probably need to weigh right after the binge so that it's on record; then another weight like this after to show how to repair. Otherwise I know I'd be thinking 'oh so I can get away with that and still lose?' That's just me. I'm my own worst enemy. Your way is perfect too. It shows 'hey, one off day .isn't going to reverse everything. It's just a few days to recover but it has to be done right.' I'm rambling. Sorry.
