It is what it is..... I weighed earlier than normal and I have a raging UTI with little urinary out put. Maybe it’s the outcome of the overeating when I was on prednisone?? I know I’m eating right and it’s nothing to worry about.
228.1 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
