I'm happy!! We've had relatives visiting, but I kept on track and dropped 3 more lbs for a total of 55. I really don't want much in the way of the foods I've chosen to avoid. Wine, beer, occasional dessert with the fam or friends - that's all - and I plan to include these in a month or two. JUST CAN'T OVERINDULGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TGIF to all, and have a great weekend.
