No weigh in today. Still a little sore from the Relay, but I still managed 80 crunches, my Keigels and squats. I'll be at the gym later, normal tread only😰 Have a healthy day 🙋
192.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
