122.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2641 kcal Fat: 54.55g | Prot: 78.19g | Carb: 473.83g.   Breakfast: Just Bunches, Post Selects, fiber one, Lower Sugar Peaches and Cream/Strawberries and Cream instant oatmeal , 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup, no sugar added apple pie filling,  8th Continent. Lunch: jam, jif, pickles, fat free cheese, Hamburger Buns, ranch beans, Deli Premium Seasoned Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Breast. Dinner: salsa, tortilla chips, Bean Burrito, mexican rice. Snacks/Other: Hard Candies , chex mix, reeses cereal, fig newton, cool whip, banana, chocolate syrup,  Vanilla Frozen yogurt. more...
