I'm pretty shocked... finally, a loss!! yayy!! this is just what i needed to keep me on track! The weird thing is, (and forgive me, this may be TMI), it's about to be that time of the month, so I know i'm carrying water weight right now... HmMm, so i could actually weigh a little less!! woohoo, works for me!! I just might reach my mini goal of 240 lbs by the beginning of september! Having my new job helps a LOT, I'm always walking at a speed of at least 2.5 miles an hour for at least 4 hours straight! no sitting!! I have work today so I'm looking forward to burning more calories. I'm excited because I see a difference in my clothes, and I took my measurements again. The Results? I lost 2'' in my bust, 1'' in my lower bust, lost 3/4 '' in my waist, 1/2'' in my lower midsection, 1/4'' in my hips, 3/4'' in my right arm, and 1/4'' in my left arm. This is since June 12th, so in just about 2 weeks I lost 5.5 inches in my body all over! yay for meee!! I'm rather excited! I can't wait to shrink more! Mainly in my midsection because that's the largest area on my body... Wish me luck! Good luck to all of you out there!!
266.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 106.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so happy for you. Congrats on teh loss of weight, but I think more for the loss of inches. Where are you working now that you are walking that much?

I'm working at Macy's women's shoes department.... lots of walking around there! And when it's break time, if i don't bring my own food, i walk quickly to the food court, eat, then quickly walk back... its pretty annoying when i don't bring something with me, but o well lol.

That's great that you are making progress! It does really help to keep us positive when that evil scale will cooperate now and then! Keep up the good work!
