Took some time to wake up my mind. But finally on rite keto track again, thanks to Dr Boz on YouTube. I always knew what to do an how to do keto, but I lacked motivation. Now I am ready to do this 12 week challenge over again. But I will not cheat on this life style hopefully not any more. Lost 4 lbs now without trying and no hunger week 1. Pee strips in the pink and feeling good for the first time in months. Go Dr Boz!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
