😀 I was a lill concerned I might have thrown myself out of ketosis yesterday. I’ve been coughing insistently and had to eat a sugar mint to stop myself from chocking and then chewed a bunch of gum and cough drops basically all day ☹️😷 I guess this is a good sign; mucus finally leaving my body. Can’t wait to be better 😪
153.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
