My brother is a healthy eater, trim, and goes to the gym several times a week. Not at all like me in many respects. All the exercise I get these days is walking to and from the car.

Why do you think you have been struggling with your path
08 Apr 19 by member: RonKa2416
My knees are shot and I cannot walk without considerable pain. Add to that that I eat all the wrong stuff and between meals at that. My head is just not in the right place. Had a medical episode where I struggled to eat, so just ate the things that took my fancy, but after that was attended to, I still kept eating my treats!

Would you like a solution to your eating and exercise habits. Been in this industry for over 30 years and my weight has fluctuated from 75-78kg for the past 10years. There is a better way to eat and train and the problem lies on what information and advice you are taking.

As a pensioner, I do not have $80 a month to spend on food, never mind instruction on what to eat. Thanks, but no thanks.
