got my period. and i am proud of myselve. yesterday was a perfect diet day with lots of temptations. hadnt been thid strong in months... lets make it two days in a row!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 57.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
