Diet Break Day #9

PM weigh in. 7 hrs sleep. Haven't got to the gym in over a week. First time in over a year I think. Just haven't been able to fit it in my schedule.

Tonight will be doing a local challenge with a couple friends. 🥩🥩🥩 3 lb steak, yes 48oz. You have to eat it and a salad, potato, and a peice of toast in under an hour. We've been wanting to do this for years. I'm going to try to finish it if I can. We'll see what happens to tomorrow's weight 🙄
281.0 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
