WAAAAAA! I got on the scale TWICE! 166! I am going to stay off the scale for a few days. I don't want to spoil this great success! Stick with it everyone. I will consider this a whoooosh. MY VERY FIRST WHOOOSH. after 10 months of keto. Ive been losing weight since my highest 210 in Jan 2018 but started KETO in MAY/JUNE!
