Holding steady. This seems to be a pattern... flat line, then vertical drop.

Also, I was proud of myself for cooking dinner since B usually does it. I found a recipe for skinless chicken thighs cooked in low-fat yogurt and dijon mustard and lemon zest. Added basil leaves from our deck garden. Then made some fried okra using as little cornmeal dust and canola oil as possible. Served with farmers market tomatoes and it was pretty delish.

Tonight I'm making a recipe I found on NYT for spicy quinoa, cucumber and tomato salad and will serve that with tilapia. Not sure if I'll bake it or light pan fry. I'm actually starting to like cooking.

There's a lot of times that I will plateau or even go up a little in weight, then drop again. I think that's just your body getting used to its new weight. It's like your metabolism has to adjust or something. Also, consider if you've been working out, it might be muscle gain.
