Well, the weight is starting to come off, after the weekend's Indulgence Day. It's good to see it happening - let's hope more will follow today.

Life is good!
202.8 lb Lost so far: 138.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
