Thursday was a stellar day for BOTH keeping to my Keto diet plan AND getting in my five servings of fruits and veggies AND staying within my RDI (1,415 out of allowable 1,625). Today, the RDI goes down to 1,600. Going to keep sticking with the KETO now. Need this weight to go down more quickly. But PRAISE THE LORD that the contest didn't end untnil THIS morning, because if it had been yesterday, I would NOT have lost for the week. HallelujAH!
177.9 lb Lost so far: 81.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
