A whole pound!?. At least I lost that much. But the week ahead with an interview for a supervisor job and TOM here is shaping up to be a challenge with the stress eating.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
