Alnona's Journal, 26 March 2019

No excuses, just plain old stress. If someone not on a journey saw my food intake they would think me crazy for saying I over ate, but I did. I went way over on calls & carbs. It wasn't only what or when I ate, it was why. I used food as an escape for the past few days. Old habits die hard. I just want to put this out there....God(yes, the Lord) must be an avid baseball fan and maybe even a pitcher, he/she keeps throwing me curve balls!!!!!! I really need a space of peace in my life right now, but, not gonna happen. Have a healthy day folks🙋

@Alnona, I was a "glutton" LONG before anyone could tell. WHen I was in my 20's, in California, I GORGED myself on Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, and I would go out to dinner with one guy or another every Friday night and have steak and lobster WITH the salad, and baked potato, and of course, the bread! I was SO miserable afterward!!! The problem was - I only weighed less than 130 pounds. It is, indeed, the HABITS that have to change in order for us to become successful. It is good that you recognize that YOU know you need to change some things (whether anybody else agrees, or not).

Right there with ya sister! "Everything in excess, NOTHING in moderation!" that was my motto!! Didn't matter how much I weighed...120 to 365+...I could eat more and drink more than any of my friends!!
