Okay, that's better. I bought some new running shoes yesterday, shelled out $150 for some Brooks, but they're comfortable with lots of cushion. But I'll probably wait a few days to start running. Tonight I plan to walk on the treadmill for about an hour. And yesterday I did hold the calories down, so let' see if we can do that again today!
152.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
