Sooo True! As I'm trying to eat every couple of hours to avoid blood sugar spikes my snacks are actually becoming more important than the meals right now :-) I had to start adding the 'time' after the snack (morning / afternoon / eve) so that I could remember if I actually had them (as I front load it all the day ahead and adjust or delete as necessary throughout the day - like today - I may not have 'everything' I've listed - time will tell.
