PM weigh in. 17.5 hrs fasted. 8.5 hrs sleep. Drank 1.5+gal water 💦 last night, no whoosh 😔.
281.2 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Usually sleep falls in my fasting windows. Much easier..
