PM weigh in. 9 hrs sleep. Went out for steak 🥩 last night with friends, had 2 beers 🍻. Gym this AM, 181k lbs moved.. whoosh tomorrow hopefully. #2 24hr fast Saturday.
282.4 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
