I've said it before... time to cut back on the weekends. I never stopped working out, just eating a little bit more Friday-Sunday! Looking on the bright side- I haven't gained a substantial amount of weight, so there is plenty to be said about that!
176.8 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
