Good Day on the scales .... maintained 168. Overall, happy with the #’s! Eating around 2400 calories each day seems workable.

At the Gym today with a few Sumo lifting & plate hopscotch. Definitely challenging as it pushed my heartbeat into the 80% level or 135+ per minute. Burned 800+ Cals!!
