No loss this week but no gain also so I am okay with it. I totally blew my diet a couple of days this week so I am not suprised that the scale didn't move. I also was lacking in the exercise department but oh well, I am not perfect. Will do better this week!!!I did buy me a new scale, my other was made in the 1800's I think!LOL! This new one is fancier than my car and I am not sure I will ever get it figured out!But hopefully when I do learn how it works it will be worth the money.
In other news, I am in need of some advice. What age is a good age to let your teenage daughter start dating? My oldest is 15 and all of her friends are dating but I feel she is still too young for serious dating. I would love to hear some outside input on the subject because it is about to drive me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

15 really is the norm these days, really try to push group outings (though in all honesty these aren't a whole lot better). Just saw Garth Brooks on Oprah, he said that he sat his girls down and said they could date wehn they turned 16 IF they were the ones to drive all the time. He said that at least this way they wouldn't be stranded anywhere or stuck in a situation they didn't want to be in. Sounded sensible.

Good attitude! You'll be back on track in no time. About dating, when I was 15 and 16 my parents had strict guidelines. If I went to a movie, they would drive us and pick us up; or I would drive and be expected to be home directly following the movie. Or I could have a boy over to the house when they were home, or go to his house if his parents were home (they phoned to check...) Good luck.
