I did horribly this weekend and now I am back at my starting point.
I think I have to make the effort to get this chunk OFF my TRUNK! I hate feeling like I have gained about a thousand pounds when I eat like this....I have to really watch what I am eating now for the next few days. I will never lose if I don't.
Plus, I did no workouts this weekend either. It seems that the only time I am able to get to a workout now is after work at 3pm. Getting up at 4:45 am is just WAY too early for me. I need more rest that just five -6 hours per night.
