Did an assisted weigh in...epson salt soak. Finishing 40 hr fast...continue to a 20 hr fast with 4hr feed. Getting easy to fast... I hope. Hitting gym with consistent workouts. Happy to be at lowest point in years. Sub 205 last year... Sub 204 today. I see 200 flat soon. Mind willing. Small steps.
203.7 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
