Another bad night, awake since 1:30 to 5:00 but this time I stayed in the bed, so no exercise or ate, yet. 😐

That’s terrible 😞 Have you tried Melatonin and chamomile 🍵?

The reason I didn't get up to exercise was because my hand's joint pain is killing me, now is my other hand
10 Mar 19 by member: Keilin_4
Yes, but it doesn't help me, the night before I had to get up to exercise after taking two melatonins. 🙄

Awe😞do you have arthritis or vitamin D deficiency?
10 Mar 19 by member: jcmama777
I also think this happens because of vitamin D deficiency. In fact I still suffer some nights of the same problem even when I take vitamin D.

Not sure, it is only in my hands, the pain will last a few days. Exercise and clothes's ironing are the cause of the pain, sometimes.

Vitamin D, I did not know that, I will buy me one. Thank you girls

Sure😊 I’m actually on 50,000 units of prescription vitamin D because my level was a 12😩. Deficiency in vitamin D causes joint pain and fatigue. I’m also on Gabapentin 300 mg three times a day for fibromyalgia and possibly RA. I see a specialist next month.

Oh wow! I have heard that fibromyalgia causes a lot of pain. 😐

D-3 is what you want, Keilin.

Keilin I’m also on vitamin d. But please be safe and have your dr prescribe the vitamin d. The right amount and kind, if you really need it. It could be another issue, iron, thyroid, etc. Always check with professionals with bloodwork to be sure and safe. Sending love!!!

I am going to take care of myself, Actually I don't like to visit the doctors, I don't see a doctor if I don't feel that I am dying , and that has never happened, so. 🙊 I will be careful, I know that an overdose can be toxic. I heard that you can get vitamin D from whole milk too. Probably I should Google the food rich in vitamins D and calcium first. Thank you Girls 😘💕

Yes! Take good care of yourself! And Keilin, milk does have it and food, but when you are low like I was and other women here have mentioned, you’ll only know that through a blood test and no food can build it up to needed levels. It might not even be vit d you are lacking. Bloodwork tells us a lot about our insides. Just suggesting, up to you to see a dr or not. No one can force you. I only suggested it to know the facts instead of guessing and never feeling better. All the very best to you!! ❤️😘

You are very welcome. I really hope you feel better soon and can sleep efficiently!! I’ve been where you are, I know the draining daily struggle and grogginess! It’s very difficult. My lack of sleep I thought was vit d, and sleep has improved tremendously since I’ve taken pills for months, but honestly, I do think my sleep issue was stress/worry related at a very difficult point in my life. Those situations have changed dramatically and so did sleep gradually. I guess it’s a combination of it all. I do pray you’ll find your answers very soon!!! ❤️😘

Sorry about the lack of sleep :( but you're doing so good at keeping your weight steady even with that stress!

Wifey , I know you are right, I will give it a little more time, if nothing changes I will go to see a doctor. Again Thank you so much! 😊

Thank you, Lzenn, I slept good 3 nights this week, normally when I don't sleep I want to eat more and I did because I was exercising at midnight too. Next week I will do something different, I will exercise only the days I sleep good, and so eat more, and the days I don't sleep I will be lazy all day and probably fasting until lunch. 🤔

Hmmmmm 🤔 Exercusing at night might be an issue...it could be revving you up and causing a difficulty with sleep. Is that when you normally workout Keilin? I don’t think so...always thinking of you. You seem like a sweet friend! 💓 I was checking in the pinto beans yesterday to find the best price. Making them soon!
