Happy Saturday! I keep on chugging along! Another .4 lbs, eating well, exercising, treating once a day or so with small treats (a caramel, a drink). Feels so good!!!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
