No change today, but keeping in my 168-170 weight range!!


Another great 👍 day ahead, please!!

Hit the gym & reached 3rd day in a row @ the 700+ Calorie Burn Goal. Trying to join the 700/7 Club.


Time to rehydrate 🥤💧
169.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
