My official weight this morning is 113.1kg.

Happy with this drop :) Almost out of the 113's :D

249.3 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Yasmine :) Every bit counts :) I'm losing although I'm very lenient and I havent been to gym in over 15 months.
